How can I find the status of my order?

To find the status of your orders, view your Order History. Please note that Order History may not update until the product(s) have shipped or until the selected carrier confirms receipt of the shipment. If you are unable to locate tracking information in My Account, you may use the self-service “Track My Order” feature of our web chat.
