The tracking says my order was delivered but I have not received the package.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing delivery issues. Typically, these issues are the result of carriers incorrectly marking packages as delivered based on the GPS coordinates of the delivery vehicle. If you still do not have your package within 2 business days after the delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier for tracking assistance. This trace process takes approximately 4-5 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
