What are your shipping costs and delivery times?Updated 2 years ago
Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within 2-5 business days. A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin to be processed the next available business day. Our Standard Free Shipping method is UPS Ground unless your order is shipping to a US PO Box which requires USPS shipping services. Please note that certain products may not be shipped outside of the Contiguous US. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take 21 days or longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and subject to the Terms & Conditions of our selected carriers. Customer accepts that CaraGala will not be liable for failure to meet estimated dates and acknowledges that transit times may vary due to holiday shipping volumes, limited services in rural areas, adverse weather, emergency situations, COVID-19 related issues, mechanical breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result, shipping delays while in transit are outside of our control. Please refer to the following table for shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
